Bookmark Days review

Bookmark Days by Scot Gardner
I loved Girlfriend fiction when I was fourteen. This story never came in to my local library, so when I found it on booktopia I was thrilled. Bookmark days is about Avril, a girl living on a sheep station, her family is feuding with the neighbouring property. It's totally Romeo and Juliet, but who doesn't love a contemporary take on a Shakespeare tale? Her city slicker cousin comes to stay, who brings a whole heap of boy drama with her.

I love this book! The story was brilliant and funny. This book diverts from a tragic ending and has one of the most heart warming endings I've ever read. It's absolutely beautiful, plus a great insight into farming life.
